Please read these terms carefully before booking a ceremony with DevStuti.
1. Booking & Confirmation
Every ceremony begins with a free consultation. A booking is confirmed only after the muhurta is agreed and the advance Dakshina is received. Confirmations are shared over WhatsApp or email.
2. Dakshina
Listed amounts are starting Dakshina. The final amount depends on the scale of the ritual, its duration, the number of scholars and the samagri required — and is always communicated in writing before confirmation.
3. Samagri
Unless agreed otherwise, DevStuti arranges all ritual materials. Where the household prefers to arrange samagri, the scholar will share an exact list; purity of self-arranged materials remains the household's responsibility.
4. Scholar Assignment
DevStuti assigns a scholar from the Parampara qualified for the specific ceremony. In case of illness or emergency, an equally qualified scholar may be substituted.
5. Muhurta & Timing
Auspicious timings are calculated as per Vedic astrological principles. Delays caused by the household on the ceremony day may shorten the ritual without any reduction in Dakshina.
6. Travel
Ceremonies within Delhi NCR include local travel. Travel and stay for locations outside NCR are billed at actuals and confirmed in advance.
7. Cancellation
Cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy. Please review it before confirming your booking.
8. Conduct & Environment
The household is requested to provide a clean, ventilated space for the fire ritual and to observe the purity guidelines shared by the scholar before the ceremony.
9. Liability
DevStuti performs ceremonies as per scriptural procedure. Outcomes of any ritual are matters of faith, and no material result is guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by force majeure events.
10. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
